We have a gentleman’s farm. The animals are the highlight of the day.
This is our dogs laying in bed with the cat. The big dog is Winston. The black dog is Marty, who recently passed. The little beagle is Sophie and she runs the place keeping the others in check. The gray cat showed up one morning, her name is Taylor Pawkins.
The chicks
We keep a flock of chickens here mostly for the fresh eggs. The manure they produce is an added benefit as it composts and gets used in the garden.
Meet our Nigerian Dwarf goats. Three are triplets, Sidney Poitier, Cary Grant, and Hattie McDaniel. The white goat in the front is Jeffery, she is visiting for a while. BTW- they were a little angry in this pic that the Door-dash guywas late bringing breakfast in the snow.
